This talk will provide an update on activity within GStreamer over the last year, and aim to present a list of features we (the GStreamer developer community) would like to see implemented as the requirements for the release of GStreamer 1.0.

Affiliation: Sun Jan is a GStreamer maintainer and the release manager. He lives in Dublin, Ireland and works for Sun Microsystems writing multimedia code within the Sun Ray thin client group.
